We first opened our doors in 1993 as a lawn mowing service provider. Our founder, Dan Young found a sense of joy and pride in mowing the lawns of his neighbors and believed he found his calling in life. He learned the tricks of the trade and everything there was to learn about landscaping as well as running a business through a hands-on approach, honing his crafts as his company grew.

Dan Young learned early that landscaping is a business built on client relationships. If a client is happy with the work completed, his friends will take notice and want to use the same services to create their masterpieces. We have such close relationships with their customers that while Dan is always thinking of them and their newest projects, they are thinking of him and bringing him in as more than just a contractor, but part of the family. One customer even provided him with his now signature lawn centerpiece, a four-foot tall Buddha statue purchased for Dan in China by a very grateful client.

We employ a team that believes in respect and leadership. Currently, we run over fifty trucks throughout the South Jersey area. Every time one of our vehicles are seen out on the road, you can be sure the truck carries a team of expert landscapers, project managers and designers. The Young’s Landscaping team consists of over 100 employees that hold Young’s philosophy of caring for each lawn as if it was their own. Each member of the team not only cares about the job at hand but brings years of experience to the position that is unmatched in the industry.

Of course, Young’s Landscape Management, Inc. is a fully licensed and insured landscape contractor. A certificate of insurance is provided with every Young’s proposal. Still, after all this time, we’re not sure which we find more rewarding: producing an extraordinary exterior that delights the eye and the soul, or just knowing that a customer is completely satisfied with the quality of our work and their relationship with us.
