General Statement of Duties: to assistant the crew leader with the work, performing maintenance, landscaping, and hardscaping. The employee will be required to operate and use various small engine equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
- To follow the best practices for planting trees & shrubs, mulching, and lawn maintenance.
- Proper pruning of trees and shrubs
- Will follow all company safety policies and practices
- Operate & maintain all equipment necessary to complete assigned tasks:

Landscape Designer
General Statement of Duties: This candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, creative, visionary, and collaborative on projects. This individual will be responsible for the design and sales of residential and commercial projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Using creativity and the beauty of nature to create an aesthetically pleasing and functional area. Areas will include residential, parks, commercial sites, and more.
- Proficient in Pro Landscape, AutoCADD, DynaScape, PhotoShop, Sketch UP, or similar programs.
- Able to hand sketch and color renderings
- Planning the finished product, tying in new features with current ones, by sketching it to scale. These drawings will be very detailed, down to the window and door placement on the buildings.
- Performing site analyses that include the assessment of current plants, site conditions, lighting, the view, and the architecture style of the house.
- The ability to communicate & coordinate with clients and co-workers (contractors, supervisors, etc) on the landscaping team.
- Knowledge of plants and their ability to survive in an area, guidelines, and codes.
- Hardscape – the ability to take field measurements and accurate elevations for proposed grading plans and solutions to site conditions. Ability to understand, design, and build both masonry and segmental applications to include but not limited to walls, steps, outdoor kitchen areas, patios, and driveways.
- Outdoor lighting – the ability to design, estimate and install a professional outdoor lighting system.

Mechanic
General Statement of Duties: We are looking for a skilled Mechanic to maintain our fleet of vehicles and small engine equipment. This is a permanent full-time position, available immediately. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of our vehicles and equipment. This individual must be able to work with various machines and tools as well as follow all safety precautions. Must have maintenance and repair knowledge with small engines, vehicles, trailer wiring and repair, minor heavy equipment repair, machine malfunction diagnosis. Hours vary with seasons. - The ability to read landscape design prints and implement the landscape construction plan is a plus but not required.
